I considered making a long list of the major and some minor but meaningful stories impacting this planet right now, but I don’t want to add to the angst and anxiety already present.

If you find yourself a bit cranky, reactionary, more stressed than usual, needing more sleep than expected, or eating and drinking to fill a hole, and you are uncertain of the source. DON’T BE SURPRISED.
The news feed alone could overwhelm you and don’t even begin to talk about the onslaught of social media. Whether right or left, citizen or not, American or of another nationality, similar chaos is being entertained; our energetic and vibrational reality is being overly influenced by fear, doubt, and righteousness.
There is only one way to navigate these choppy emotional waves, and that is to learn how to find and cultivate your inner calm.
To survive and be a powerful presence - you gotta find your CHILL.

We cannot get to our desired destination or be an influence for good for others when we allow our attention to be captured by the emotion dealers - my term for the marketing companies and corporations who have learned to hook your trauma response. They are the dealers, we, if we allow it are the junkies.
If we want to live a glorious life, and by glorious - I mean one where you are engaged in life, building family memories, finding adventure around every corner, feeling safe to explore life’s possibilities and take risks, then we must, must find our CHILL.
Your CHILL, my CHILL, and your neighbor’s CHILL will all be different. For introverts that could mean finding a place to go, be in silence, cry as needed or create art. If you are a extrovert, that might me having a beer with friends, playing darts or a game of flag football.
I could enumerate all the ways with great detail here but that would be a cliche, that information is EVERYWHERE and I encourage you to look for it. Just for fun, Google: Find my Chill or Stress Reduction and see all that comes up and this guidance is in addition to the thousands of teachers and coaches offering you options.
